Attendance
We recommend that swimmers attend practices as much as they can to improve conditioning and skill.
Please inform us (Instagram DM, email or Whatsapp) in advance if you are unable to make it to practice.
Athlete safety is our utmost priority.
Inclement Weather Practice Cancellation Guidelines:

If there is lightning, practice definitely will be cancelled.

Practice will not be cancelled due to rain alone; we will swim in the rain unless the amount of rain makes it difficult to see the swimmers in the pool.
